Real estate market leader, IndigoHomes Ghana Limited, has announced its newest project, the GreenwichPark, to offer quality home solutions to residents in Ghana.
The 19-acre community project comprising 270 townhomes with a distinct focus on green living, which will be the largest and most sustainable development in Ghana, is located adjacent to the Tema Motorway, just a 30-minute’ drive from Kotoka International Airport, and close to the Borteyman Stadium.
The project will feature about 2.5 acres of gardens, parks and boulevard walkways, while the townhouses will mirror those in the previous IndigoHomes projects, capitalising on the success and positive reception of the designs by homeowners and residents.
This announcement was made by the Group’s Founder and CEO, Ms. Cheryl Mills, during a ceremony to unveil OyarifaPark after completion.
The newly commissioned OyarifaPark community reflects modern living, with wide tarred roads, tree-lined walkways used as jogging tracks, and beautifully landscaped green areas, enhancing residents' lifestyles.
The OyarifaPark project has 200 homes across 15 acres, including 2 acres of green spaces, a clubhouse, a multipurpose sports court, a children’s playground, and a swimming pool.
“The enthusiasm we have seen from our homeowners at OyarifaPark reinforces the value of our design philosophy,” said Cheryl Mills, Founder and CEO of IndigoHomes.
“We are committed to creating even more vibrant, sustainable communities with our 3rd project - GreenwichPark, setting a new standard for residential living in Ghana.”
To celebrate the launch of GreenwichPark, IndigoHomes encourages potential homeowners to take advantage of this limited offer and secure their place in what will become Ghana’s most beautiful residential community.
