The turntable skills of US-based Ghanaian disc jockey, DJ PC, have been recognised by the organisers of the Ghana DJ Awards, was the Best International DJ (Ghanaian).
At the 2024 edition of the award scheme, which sets out to celebrate Ghanaian DJs who have distinguished themselves in various fields of DJ-ing, DJ PC was celebrated for his contribution to the agenda of pushing Ghanaian music to the world.
To win the accolade, DJ PC had to see stiff competition from some great DJs, including DJ Bluey of the UK, DJ Abena of Belgium, and DJ Fiifi of the UK, among others.
The award is a testament to the imperious quality of DJ PC, whose dedication and commitment to making Ghanaian music a prominent feature of US entertainment is well documented.

The award is also a celebration of DJ PC's contribution to the popularisation of Ghanaian culture through music beyond the shores of the country.
Reacting to the honor conferred on him by the award show organizers, DJ PC thanked the Ghana DJ awards Organizers including Mercury Quaye. DJ PC also thanked the Man Upstairs, his family, DJ Steve, DJ Phinaj and Becky Tweneboah Darko for their support on his journey. DJ PC congratulated the other DJs who were nominated as well.
While he is excited by the honor done him, DJ PC believes that a greater responsibility has been placed on him to continue to push Ghana music and make it one of the most globally recognised brands of music.
For now, he is eternally grateful that his mission to spread Ghanaian music around the world hs (has) received a boost
