Business consultant, politician, and founder of Ghana's Progressive People's Party (PPP), Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, has called on Ghanaians to vote thoughtfully in the upcoming elections, urging them to support leaders dedicated to preserving and growing indigenous businesses.
Dr Nduom made these remarks during the inauguration of an ultra-modern nursery classroom block financed by Groupe Nduom and the PPP for the Abeyee community in the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem municipality.

The new facility is fully equipped to support early childhood education with child-friendly classrooms, secure play areas, and essential learning materials. Community leaders, parents, and residents attended the ceremony.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom emphasized the importance of quality education in building a brighter future for the Abeyee community. He urged parents to ensure their children attend school regularly and take full advantage of the facility.

“Quality education is the foundation for a brighter future. I urge you parents in this community to prioritize your children’s education by ensuring they attend this school regularly. Together, we can build a future full of opportunities,” he added.
Dr Nduom also encouraged teachers to give their best, reassuring them that plans were in place to provide incentives as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work.

Speaking to the media at the event, Dr Nduom stressed the importance of electing politicians who will prioritize the growth of local businesses. “Ghana’s future depends on the strength of our local industries and enterprises, let’s choose leaders who will build up, not collapse our indigenous businesses.”
Dr Nduom also highlighted the link between education and economic empowerment, emphasizing that facilities like the newly commissioned nursery block are key to nurturing future leaders and innovators.
He encouraged the community to cherish and maintain the facility, viewing it as an investment in Abeyee’s future.
The head teacher of Abeyee Madam Grace Acquah expressed heartfelt gratitude, to Groupe Nduom and the PPP for the school block. “This donation is a blessing for our community, it will provide the children with an environment to grow and learn,” she said.
