Sanlam Allianz Insurance Ghana Ltd. has launched a groundbreaking insurance product, DreamBuilder, designed to empower Ghanaians to save, grow, and protect their wealth while achieving their dreams.
The product, unveiled at Allied Heights, offers a flexible and secure financial plan tailored to help individuals meet aspirations such as organising a dream wedding, purchasing a car, investing in a business, or building a home.
DreamBuilder incorporates two distinct investment pots: the Savings Pot and the Goal Achiever Pot. At maturity, funds from the Goal Achiever Pot are transferred to the Savings Pot, with 100 per cent of the savings fund value paid to the policyholder.

In the unfortunate event of death or physical impairment, the cover amount, along with the values of both pots, is paid to the policyholder’s beneficiaries.
Contributions can be made monthly for a minimum of five years or as a lump-sum investment. Policyholders can withdraw up to 100 per cent of their savings fund value after 24 months, provided a minimum balance of GHS 500 is maintained.
DreamBuilder is designed to align with individual financial goals while ensuring affordability. It allows Ghanaians to contribute without compromising their current financial needs, creating a practical path to achieving their dreams.

The Chief Executive Officer of Sanlam Allianz Life Insurance Ghana LTD, Tawiah BEN-AHMED, FCIIG emphasised that DreamBuilder aligns with the company’s goal of addressing the diverse needs of Ghanaians by combining protection and investment in one flexible product.
‘’We will unveil a bold step in helping Ghanaians realise their aspirations and achieve their dreams. We are not just unveiling a product but offering peace of mind,’’ he said
The product targets young Ghanaians, encouraging them to pursue their dreams confidently.

Acting Commissioner of Insurance, Michael Kofi Andoh, stated “DreamBuilder will shape the financial future of the youth. That is where the Gen Zs come in. Young people out there, who have dreams, big dreams do not abandon them because of fear. DreamBuilder is exactly what you need to help you to go forward.’’
To enhance customer experience, the Sanlam Allianz Care Portal offers 24/7 access to policy details, claims tracking, and seamless service. This digital platform underscores the company’s dedication to fostering trust and confidence in its insurance services.
