As part of its ongoing mentorship initiatives, Sinapi Aba, in collaboration with Opportunity International Deutschland, successfully organized a Regional Network Conference in Kumasi.
The event forma a key component of the broader mentorship program, aimed at creating an enabling environment for both mentors and mentees to forge sustainable business connections vital for long-term success.
The conference brought together 170 entrepreneurs from across the Greater Kumasi enclave, offering a dynamic platform to exchange business ideas, share practical experiences, and explore strategies to strengthen and scale their enterprises.

Beyond peer networking, participants received expert guidance on formal business processes.
Officials from the Registrar of Companies provided insights into business registration procedures, while representatives from the Ghana Revenue Authority educated attendees on tax filing and TIN registration.
According to Phyllis Desbordes, Program Manager at Sinapi Aba, the event reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and improved access to institutional support.
She further noted that over 1,000 women have benefited from this innovative and transformative program to date.
