The two suspects, named Andy Kwofie and Francis Armah, were arrested on Sunday, June 8, 2025, during a smuggling operation.
In a statement released by the Cape Coast police service, one of the suspects, Andy Kwofie, was caught driving a Hyundai truck with registration number CR- 726 - 25 containing 250 bags of cocoa beans.
