Member of Parliament for Klottey-Korle, Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, has condemned the fatal stabbing of a student at Kinbu Senior High School in Accra, which occurred on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
In a statement released on Friday, August 1, the MP expressed shock and sadness over what she described as a “tragic and senseless” loss of life.
She called for a swift and thorough investigation by the relevant authorities to ensure justice is served.

"Violence has no place in our schools. Our children must feel safe in their learning environments," Dr. Agyeman-Rawlings stressed.
She urged all stakeholders in the education and security sectors to urgently reassess safety protocols in schools to prevent future incidents.
The MP also extended her condolences to the bereaved family and the entire Kinbu SHS community, assuring them of her commitment to working with education and security institutions to enhance safety and mental health support across schools in her constituency.
