PharmAccess Ghana and the Healthcare Federation of Ghana (HFG) have signed a landmark licensing agreement to roll out the latest ISQua-accredited SafeCare Version 5 standards across the private healthcare sector.
The signing ceremony, held in Accra, brought together key stakeholders from Ghana's health ecosystem and the West African sub-region. The agreement positions HFG to lead quality improvement initiatives within the private health facilities, joining efforts already underway in the public and faith-based sectors.
Dignitaries including Country Director of PharmAccess Ghana, Dr. Maxwell Antwi, President of Healthcare Federation of Ghana, Charles Fordjour and President of FOASPS, Dr. Joseph Boguifo as well as FOASPS President-elect Dr. Linda Deka, reaffirmed the role of quality healthcare as both a strategic imperative and an ethical obligation.
