The Future Workplace Awards Africa, in its third year, is an annual event that seeks to recognise innovative approaches to workplace culture and HR advancements on the continent.
On the same evening, William Easmon appeared on the cover of the Special Governance & Business Leadership edition of Boardroom Magazine, alongside Sandra Thompson, Secretary of the Bank of Ghana, and Nick Danso Agyei, Executive Chairman of Ghana Link Network Services.
In a statement following the awards, Mr Easmon said, “I am deeply honoured and humbled by the recognition our Human Capital team has received tonight.
"This success is a tribute to every colleague who lives and breathes our people-first strategy every day.
"As we celebrate these milestones, our forward ambition remains clear: to build a workplace that not only excels within Ghana but inspires across Africa - where employee well-being, diversity, leadership development, and innovation are at the heart of our DNA.”
