The third day of the Ecobank–JoyNews Habitat Fair 2025 is underway at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), where thousands of home-seekers, families, and industry professionals have returned for another day of exclusive deals, product showcases, and expert guidance.

Held under the theme “Dream it, Own it, Live it,” the four-day fair continues to serve as a major platform for Ghana’s rapidly growing housing and construction sector.

More than 50 exhibitors, ranging from property developers and interior décor specialists to building material suppliers and financial institutions, are participating in this year’s event.

Day three is expected to deliver yet another round of major discounts and special offers for visitors looking to build, buy, renovate, or furnish their homes.

Title sponsor Ecobank Ghana is also on the ground, providing promotional mortgage packages and streamlined application support to make home financing more accessible.

The fair continues through the weekend, giving prospective homeowners and industry players additional time to compare options, negotiate offers, and receive professional advice tailored to their housing needs.
