Australia-based Ghanaian author Rebecca Obeng has launched three deeply reflective books exploring themes of faith, resilience, and purpose.
The trilogy, titled The Queen’s Halo, Frozen in the Past, and The Untold Story, was unveiled over the weekend at an event held in Adelaide, Australia.
In an unusual yet captivating storytelling approach, Rebecca shines a light on the silent heroines of Scripture; women who were briefly mentioned and left unnamed, yet whose courage, devotion, and quiet faith shaped destinies.
Through these reimagined narratives, she offers readers a fresh perspective on finding strength in silence and meaning in perseverance.
By drawing parallels between their hidden sacrifices and the realities of today, she reveals how these timeless lessons can inspire and empower both men and women across generations.
Speaking at the event, Rebecca Obeng shared: “These books are born out of my own journey of faith and transformation. Each story reveals something I’ve lived, felt, or witnessed; moments that shaped who I am and strengthened my trust in God’s plan.
"I pray that readers will see glimpses of their own stories and be inspired to rediscover their inner strength, rekindle their faith, and confidently fulfil their calling.”
As an advocate for women’s empowerment, a counsellor, and a woman of deep faith, Rebecca masterfully weaves her personal experiences with biblical insight in a way that is both witty and thought-provoking, reflected throughout her writing and ministry.
Commenting at the event, the Guest of Honour, William Sarpong, congratulated Rebecca for her creative authenticity and vision in producing such a remarkable body of work.
He noted how each title speaks powerfully to real-life experiences, offering readers valuable lessons for navigating their own journeys.
The Queen’s Halo, Frozen in the Past, and The Untold Story are now available in print and digital formats through Amazon, Booktopia, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble.
