Reformation Community Leadership Summit (RCLS), a continental youth forum, will convene hundreds of young leaders from across Africa in Accra and online from November 28 to 29, 2025, for a leadership development event.
Held under the theme, "Youth and the Future of Pan-Africanism: Redefining Regional Integration, Value Export, and Leadership Across Borders," the summit aims to equip emerging leaders with the skills, networks and opportunities necessary for their effective participation in shaping the continent's future.
In a press statement signed by Ms Ewura Ama Jenkins, the organisers announced that the event would assemble visionary thinkers, policymakers, innovators, and youth-led organisations for two days of plenary sessions, panel discussions, and masterclasses.
Distinguished speakers and facilitators expected include representatives from UNESCO, JA Ghana, the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN), Climatic Peace and Stay By Plan.
The statement said, RCLS 2025 was designed to provide young Africans with clarity, direction, and momentum in the fields of leadership, entrepreneurship, and governance for social impact.
A key highlight of this year's summit is the launch of a 2026 internship pathway programme, established in partnership with organisations across the continent.
The internships would be awarded to standout participants who demonstrate exceptional commitment, engagement, and innovation.
"These partnerships open the door to real-world experience in social impact, business, policy, media, and technology," the statement noted.
"The aim is to ensure that participants graduate from the summit with both inspiration and tangible career opportunities", it said.
The event will conclude with an award ceremony to honour top participants. The statement concluded by urging young Africans to assume a central role in shaping the continent's transformation through leadership, innovation, and cooperation.
