SOG Precious has been named Best Christian Blogger of the Year at the Praise Achievement Awards 2025, earning one of the standout honours at the ceremony and walking away with a brand new iPhone 15.
The awards event, held recently, celebrated excellence across the music and creative landscape, with SOG Precious emerging as a clear winner in the digital space. He is the host of Church Xtra on Starr FM 103.5 and the driving force behind AlphaGospel, one of the country’s most followed Christian blogs and promotional portals.
Widely known as a committed content creator, SOG Precious has built a strong online following through his praise and worship tutorials and practical tips. His work has positioned AlphaGospel as a key platform for gospel promotion and digital ministry, reinforcing his role as a leading voice in Christian media.
Upon receiving the award, he first dedicated the honour to Almighty God. In a moment that drew warm applause at the Perez Dome, he invited fellow gospel bloggers onto the stage in recognition of their collective efforts. “These are the guys who make sure our online spaces are filled with positive stuff, and we’re grateful for the honor,” he said, acknowledging the shared commitment within the Christian blogging community and expressing appreciation for the recognition, including the iPhone 15 prize.
The dedications continued as SOG Precious presented the award to his wife and two daughters, his extended family, and his course mates from the Masters in Brands and Communication Management programme at UPSA, which he recently completed. The academic milestone further highlights his dedication to personal growth alongside his ministry and media work.
His win at the Praise Achievement Awards 2025 stands as a testament to consistent hard work and faith, with AlphaGospel and his other platforms continuing to inform, inspire and uplift a growing audience.
