Ahead of his highly anticipated Zaama Disco Concert 2025, scheduled for Sunday, December 21, Ghanaian musician Black Sherif, popularly known as Blacko, visited the University of Ghana to meet Vice-Chancellor Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo.
During the courtesy call, Black Sherif discussed potential collaborations with the School of Performing Arts and explored initiatives aimed at promoting youth development, creative expression, and student engagement.

Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo welcomed the visit, noting that partnerships with industry leaders such as Black Sherif provide students with invaluable exposure and practical experience. She stressed the university’s commitment to fostering innovation and creative expression among its students.
The Zaama Disco Concert, set to take place at the University of Ghana Stadium, is expected to attract a large audience, further strengthening the link between the university community and Ghana’s vibrant music scene.
