MultiChoice Ghana has selected ten DStv Premium subscribers for an all-expenses-paid trip to the United Kingdom to watch the live Premier League matches as part of a customer loyalty initiative.
The winners were chosen through a live draw conducted in Accra using the Caritas digital platform. The exercise follows DStv package changes announced in October 2024, which removed upgrade options for Premium subscribers under the revised structure.
Speaking at the event, Managing Director of MultiChoice Ghana, Alex Okyere, said the promotion was introduced to appreciate Premium customers who had not benefited from the package upgrades.
According to him, the selected subscribers will travel to London in March 2026, departing on a Thursday and returning the following Tuesday. During the trip, they will watch two Premier League matches over the weekend and take part in additional activities, including visits to the Premier League studios and interactions with some football stars.
Mr Okyere explained that the initiative was designed to offer Premium subscribers a memorable experience beyond regular subscription benefits.
MultiChoice Ghana says the promotion forms part of broader efforts to reward customer loyalty and strengthen engagement with its premium subscriber base.
