The festive season was made even more special this year as the Kind Hearted Beings Charity, led by CEO Barima Osei Asare, spread warmth, kindness, and health to the community.
On Thursday, December 25, the organisation brought smiles to the faces of both children and adults, as they donated clothes and provided health scans to participants in the Tip-Toe Lane Circle area.
The mission of the Kind Hearted Beings Charity is to spread kindness, not only during the holiday season but all year round. Their belief is simple yet powerful: kindness is contagious, and it has the potential to make the world a better place.

“We are here to make an impact, and we have achieved that goal today,” said Barima Osei Asare, the CEO of the organisation. “The joy and excitement from both the kids and adults were heartwarming, and the impact was exactly what we hoped for.”

The donation of clothes was met with immense excitement, as the recipients – many of whom are from underprivileged backgrounds – received items that will surely bring comfort and warmth during the colder months.

The event also included a free health scan for all participants, an initiative, according to the CEO, aimed at promoting long-term well-being.
He noted that the health scan, which measures body fat percentage and suggests lifestyle adjustments, is part of the charity’s broader vision to encourage individuals to adopt healthier habits.

“We believe that in order to spread kindness, one must first have a healthy body and heart,” explained Asare. “A healthy person is in the best position to impact the world in a positive way, and that’s what we’re striving for – not just to give, but to encourage good health alongside kindness.”
