Berekum Chelsea strengthened their survival push with an impressive 3–1 victory over Eleven Wonders at the Golden City Park in their Premier League matchday 16 clash on Sunday.
Despite dominating the early stages, Chelsea were briefly stunned when William Danquah scored against the run of play in the 15th minute to give bottom-placed Eleven Wonders a surprise lead. The hosts responded swiftly, drawing level just two minutes later after Prince Anane calmly converted from the penalty spot.
Chelsea grew in confidence and controlled proceedings thereafter, eventually turning their dominance into goals after the break. Samed Nasri Musah put the Bibires ahead in the 63rd before Kwasi Sorotu Badori sealed the victory in stoppage time.
The result provides a significant boost for Chelsea’s survival hopes, while Eleven Wonders remain rooted at the foot of the table.
