Management of Ghana Water Limited (GWL) in the Volta Region has commenced a region-wide customer migration exercise aimed at improving service delivery, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring accurate customer records.
In a statement signed by the Regional Chief Manager, Emmanuel Johnson, said the exercise seeks to update and validate customer data, enhance arrears recovery, and facilitate the smooth integration of customers onto newly laid pipeline networks in selected communities.
Affected customers are required to visit their respective district offices to complete customer migration forms, make the necessary payments for reconnection to the new pipelines, and obtain official receipts for all transactions.
