Inter Allies striker Mohammed Deo Sheriff is gunning for the top scorer gong in the Ghanaian top flight.
In the last few matches, the player has been unable to score, following a red-hot start to the season.
Currently on seven goals, the 21-year-old is just behind league leader Gilbert Fiamenyo in the scoring charts in the First Capital Plus Premier League.
"I have seven goals but was unable to score today but that is fine. I have high hopes of myself and I keep working hard."
But Sheriff could not net against Hearts of Oak in his team's mostt recent game after being heavily man-marked until he was subbed.
"I will keep working hard to score goals," he told Peace FM in an interview.
