Ghana defender Abdul Rahman Baba expects to remain with German side Augsburg next season.
The enterprising left-back is in his first season with the Bundesliga club having joined from lower tier Greuther Furth.
Baba’s remarkable performances have seen him linked to many a big European club over the months.
Spanish giants Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, Italy’s AS Roma and Juventus, Chelsea, Dortmund and Schalke are among a host of cubs reported to be tracking the Black Stars defender.
A couple of German news outlets are now claiming that the 20-year-old has confirmed he will reject all offers to stay as an Augsburg player next season.
Baba has made 23 starts for the Bavarian side who are chasing an Europa League qualifying place in this season’s Bundesliga.
