Authorities at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra will soon conduct an identification process for family members who are desperately looking for loved ones who have gone missing after last night's torrential rain and horrendous fire.
Joy News' Kwakye Afreh Nuamah reports that dozens of family members have thronged the hospital in search for relatives who may have died or hospitalised as a result of the floods that came as a result of the rains.
Over a hundred Ghanaians have died from the downpour and the fire incident that broke out at Circle.
Hospital officials at 37 say 65 lifeless bodies have so far been sent to the Hospital's mortuary.
35 more are said to be at the intensive care unit receiving treatment for varying degrees of injuries suffered.
Some of the people who have besieged the hospital cannot tell for now if their relatives are part of the deceased persons or alive and receiving treatment.
They are in desperate mood with their eyes filled with tears, Kwakye Afreh-Nuamah indicated.
Hospital officials had indicated an identification process will soon be conducted for family members to see their loved ones.
They have been asked to write the names of their missing loved ones to facilitate the identification process.
