The Executive Director of the Danquah Institute, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, has blamed Ghana’s economic hardships on the Finance Minister, saying he "prescribed the wrong dosage for the economy”.
He was speaking on Metro TV's programme "Good Morning Ghana".
