Asante Kotoko can move four places up the Glo Premier League table if they beat Chelsea of Bechem on Wednesday afternoon at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors have picked up four points from the available nine in the second round and need a win to improve their status.
The outstanding league match was postponed two weeks ago to make way for Kotoko's trip to Senegal for their Caf Champions League tie.
Chelsea are hovering above the relegation zone with superior goal difference.
The match will afford Kotoko an opportunity to trim the rough edges before Sunday's Caf Champions League second leg tie where they must overturn a 2-0 deficit.
