The Presbyterian Church says it would not be partial in conducting investigations into allegations of a sex scandal reported to have rocked the Church of late.District Administrator Ms Doris Sobre and District Pastor of the Trinity Congregation, Rev. Kissiedu Ayi have been accused of engaging in immoral conducts.Ms Sobre is also accused of allegedly flirting with other leaders of the Church but consistent calls for her removal has fallen on deaf ears. Some youth calling themselves Concerned Youth of the Presbyterian Church have issued a month ultimatum to the leadership to remove Ms Sobre from office or face their wrath. But Public Relations Officer of the Church, Emmanuel Osei Acheampong told Joy News on Wednesday that the church has no recognized youth group by that name.He indicated that the leadership have just been informed about the allegations and are currently meeting to discuss them.According to Mr Acheampong, since discipline is the hallmark of the Presby Church, they would discipline whoever is found guilty after investigations are done but for now, the Presby Church is treating the issue as a mere allegation.By: Dorcas Efe Mensah/myjoyonline.com
