Ghana’s Aziz Zakari won silver in the men’s 100meter final in day two of the ongoing Africa Athletics Championships.
Aziz, 34, clocked a time of 10.12 seconds behind eventual winner Ben Youssef Meite of Ivory Coast.
Ghana has only a single medal in the competition so far.
The men 4*100 relay team placed second in the heat 1 and has thus qualified for the finals of the competition.
