Samartex produced one of the upsets of the 2016 MTN FA Cup after beating Hearts of Oak 4-2 on penalties in Samreboi.
The game ended goalless in regulation time after Samartex put up a solid defensive display to thwart their Premiership opponents.
Seidu Mutawaliku kept Hearts in the game on a number of occassions but Hearts wasted the best chance of the game when Cosmos Dauda missed from close range.
Mutawaliku saved the first kick of the shoot-out but the hosts rallied back to nick a 4-2 victory over the Phobians after Paul Acquah missed his decisive kick.
The Phobians will have to quickly put the defeat behind them as they face a tricky fixture against WAFA in midweek.
