A Flagstaff House release says President Mahama was invited by the Ivorian President, Alasanne Ouattara. The First Lady, Lordina Mahama and a high powered government delegation is part of the President’s entourage.
President Mahama returns to Accra on Thursday.
“Relations between Ghana and its Western neighbour have seen tremendous improvement under the leadership of Presidents Mahama and Ouattara,” the Flagstaff House statement notes.
