IMF UNHAPPY WITH GHANA’S RISING DEBTS
Continuing doubts about Ghana’s rising debts and the management of its central bank could delay the release of some $300 million in loans, according to a source close to talks last week between the IMF and officials in the finance ministry in Accra.
