Despite early morning rains that threatened the launch of New Patriotic Party's (NPP's) 2016 manifesto, hundreds of party supporters trooped to the Trade Fair Centre in Accra on Sunday to witness the event.
The biggest opposition party is hoping to unseat the John Mahama-led National Democratic Congress (NDC) government in the upcoming December 7.
