A poultry farm owner believed to be in his 50s is currently on the run after he allegedly killed and burnt one of his workers at New Techiman near Tanoso in the Brong Ahafo Region, Monday.
Residents of the area have set the farm ablaze and are currently threatening to attack anyone who tries to stop them.
No one has been able to tell Joy News what led to the poultry farmer, popularly called Nana around the area, to set the worker ablaze.

The police are on the scene trying to restore calm as properties worth thousands of Ghana cedis have been destroyed with some residents moving away with birds from the farm.

Police, however, say they are still gathering information and would soon make an official statement on the incident.
