The early morning dew falls graciously on the slum dogs of Sabon Zongo as they scratch about in the dirt.I hold my breath as they bite a black plastic bag.I don’t want to see what’s inside because the stench is overwhelming. But how do you stop these determined dogs?The place is littered with these ominous black bags. The hungry dogs are frantic.Some bags have only garbage but the smell coming from others makes me hold my stomach.Joy FM's Nana Yaa Fynn-Thompson explores the worrying situation about dirt in Accra in the following documentary.
