The Executive Director for Africa of Christ For All Nations has admonished President-elect to seek the face of God for direction in choosing his team of leaders to govern.
Rev. John Kwesi Darku said Ghanaians can only enjoy the benefits of their decision for a change based on the kind of leaders that would be employed by the new government.
In a speech read by his special assistant, Bishop James Kofi Abbrey at a groundbreaking ceremony for the preparation of the grounds for the Reinhard Bonnke gospel crusade in Tamale.
He said every decision taken by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo must be seen to serve the interest of Ghanaians and not the interest of individuals and party faithful.
According to him, the Reinhard Bonnke Gospel Crusade is not only to win souls for Christ but also to intercede for the nation Ghana and her leaders to ensure moral transformation for an accelerated national development and progress.
He said the seeming moral breakdown and lack of fear of God among majority of the country’s leaders at various levels of the economy has over the years fueled the uncontrolled and seditious act of corruption, bribery and looting of national coffers at the expense of the national development.
Rev. Darku also pleaded with the President-elect to be a father for all without any discrimination or ill-will to any ethnic, religious or political groupings.
The Reinhard Bonnke Tamale Gospel Crusade which is scheduled between 26th and 29th of January 2017 is divinely planned to bring salvation, healing, spiritual peace and progress to the people of the Region and Ghana as a whole.
This is the first time the Reinhard Bonnke Crusade is coming to Tamale in 30 years at the Tamale Sports Stadium the venue for the four-day crusade is expected to house over 400,000 believers and nonbelievers.
Preparations are far advance in anticipation for the programme with the formation of the various committees and sub-committees to execute their tasked to the later.
