Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s central defender, Kenneth Ababio tops the list of players scheduled to appear before the Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Thursday, July 19 on the declaration of their status.
Ababio, who joined the “Porcupine Warriors” two seasons ago from Ashantigold seems to have lost favour of the technical team of the current Onetouch Top Four Champions which led to him being transfer-listed at the latter stages of the soccer season.
The rugged defender is the latest Kotoko player to storm the precincts of the legislative body, after speedster George Yamoah made a similar move about a month ago.
This was contained in a statement issued and signed by the Deputy General Secretary in charge of Administration of the GFA, Emmanuel Gyimah.
