Striker Asamoah Gyan says he is fired up to lead Ghana’s attack in Tuesday’s exhibition match against South Korea in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province.
The Sunderland ace missed last Friday’s Nations Cup qualifier due to suspension and wants to continue winning.
“Definitely I’m part of the team and let’s go to Korea and see what will happen. Everybody is doing well in the team so we will force,” Gyan told GHANAsoccernet.com
Gyan scored the opener in Ghana’s 3-1 win over the Taegeuk Warriors four years ago in Edinburgh, Scotland in pre-2006 Fifa World Cup finals friendly.
The team has had its first training session at the Jeonju World Cup Stadium.
