A member of the Board of Directors of the National Sports Authority, Mr. Isaac Tetteh has attributed current challenges facing Accra Hearts of Oak Football Club to improper planning.Mr. Tetteh, popularly known as “T.T Brothers”, was making reference to the newly appointed six-member recruitment committee formed by the club to recruit players for the club for the next season. He told Asempa Sports that the recruitment committee should have been instituted three months ago.According to him, even though the timing of the committee was wrong, he was however hopeful Mr. Harry Zakour who is the chairman for the recruitment committee would do a good job.He advised the management of the club to emulate the way some of the European clubs are ran to help build the team.Other members of the committee include Frank Nelson, Ernest Thompson, Alhaji Fawaz Zowk, Chief Executive Fred Crentsil and head coach Nebojsa Vucicevic.Benedict Owusu Dankwa/ Asempa Sports
