Chelsea's reward for beating Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals is a tie against Tottenham at Wembley in the last four.
Antonio Conte's men dispatched Manchester United at Stamford Bridge, courtesy of N'Golo Kante's superb strike.
It was the Frenchman's second goal against the Old Trafford club this season, and came after Ander Herrera was sent off for two bookable offences.
Tottenham beat Millwall 6-0 in their quarter-final but are likely to be without star striker Harry Kane, who injured his ankle during the clash.
Arsenal, who hammered Lincoln 5-0, and are chasing their only realistic piece of silverware, will face Manchester City, who are in improved form under Pep Guardiola.
The ties will be played on Saturday, April 22 and Sunday 23.
