Asante Kotoko coach, Zdravko Logarusic, has lifted the lid on his eight day trip to Croatia.
The former Ashantigold trainer left the shores of Ghana immediately after Kotoko’s 1-0 defeat to Hearts which fueled speculations that he could be on his way out of the club.
However, the club moved to confirm the trip was pre-arranged and the coach himself has come out to clear the air.
In addition to this, Logarusic stated he scouted possible Croatian players who could play for Kotoko.
“I did not go for holidays, of course I went to see my family but I went to see players from Croatia as well who can play for Kotoko,” he told Peace FM.
“You never know, I can bring some players to play for Kotoko, so I went there to watch them.”
Kotoko will host Inter Allies at the Baba Yara Stadium this weekend,
