Asante Kotoko kept their Cup hopes on course with a 5-4 penalty shoot-out victory over Wa All Stars after their FA Cup semi-final in Kumasi finished goalless after extra-time.Bogdan Korak's side would now play second-tier side, FC Nania in the finals of the MTN FA Cup, with the date yet to be announced.Stephen Oduro emerged an FA Cup spot-kick hero when his final kick earned Kotoko a place in the finals.The kick sealed the night after Adnan Saeed saw his attempt hit the upright and roll across the face of goal with Kotoko goalkeeper Soulama going the wrong way.Kotoko looked the better of the two sides but were wasteful upfront in the second half of extra time as Oduro and Alex Asamoah saw their efforts fail to go past Robert Dabou in post for the Blues.The MTN FA Cup represents the only route to glory for Asante Kotoko this season as they chase their final hope of silverware.Source: Ghanafa.org
