Kolo Toure is a legendary footballing figure. At 36, the former Ivory Coast international is still going strong, currently plying his trade for Scottish giants Celtic.
On Sunday, the former Arsenal centre-back helped Brendan Rodgers' side to their sixth straight league title, and the club's 48th in total.

Celtic's 5-0 win over Hearts clinched the title with eight games remaining. They are 25 points clear above second-place Aberdeen. Ouch.
