Ningo Prampram Member of Parliament has released a dramatic video in which Education Minister Mathew Opoku Prempeh is seen gesticulating, pointing his finger to his head in anger during the spillover of the Ayariga bribery scandal which was heard on the floor of Parliament Thursday.
According to Sam George the minister was swearing at another MP, Alhassan Suhuyini referring to him as a "fool" and a "mad" man.
Describing the conduct of the Minister as "unparliamentary, and "uncouth" the Prampram MP said Mathew Opoku Prempeh must do the honorable thing and apologise and stop denying his shameless conduct.
On a night when tempers flared in Parliament over the guilt of contempt handed down to Mahama Ayariga in the infamous bribery scandal, Sam George told Joy News Mathew Opoku Prempeh was the major cause of that tension.

According to him, the Minister, unprovoked, called the Tamale North Member of Parliament Alhassan Suhuyini a fool.
He said Suhuyini did not take kindly to this allegation and had to take others to intervene to calm tempers.
But for the timely intervention of other MPs Sam George would have exchanged fisticuffs with another MP.
A day after Sam George made the allegation, the Minister issued a statement categorically denying the claim.
"I absolutely and unequivocally deny that I used that word on Hon Suhuyini during the proceeding or at any time in Parliament yesterday," he said adding, "no such thing occurred, as viewers of the proceedings would note."
"I take grave exceptions to the scurrilous and unfounded allegations by my colleague Member of Parliament ," he stated and demanded an apology from the Prampram MP.
Instead of an apology however, Sam George has revealed a video on the night in which an angry Mathew Opoku Prempeh was swearing at someone.
There was no sound but the picture clearly showed Mathew Opoku Prempeh popularly called Napo swearing at someone. The video also captured Alhassan Suhuyini on the other side also in an angry mood.
Sam George says that is the evidence that the Minister called his fellow MP a fool and a mad man and must apologise.
Asked if he would take the matter up to the Privileges Committee for disciplinary measures to be taken against Napo, he said he will leave that to Opoku and his conscience.
