Comedian Kevin Hart who successfully hosted the 2011 Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 26, is reported to have blown his entire BET Awards pay check gambling.
The comedian, according to Mediatakeout.com, is said to have blown the entire $40,000 BET Awards pay check on playing Poker and Blackjack at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas.
After losing the money, Kevin tweeted about the loss, “I hate vegas……..#LostMoneyTweet”.
The incident was also reported by a fan who saw him blow the money. The fan described the star as looking 'disheveled and nervous'.
The fan said, "It was around 3am, he was still gambling. We asked for a picture, and he said no. He told us he was too upset to talk, take pix or sign autographs cuz he just lost $40,000 in gambling, and he needed to win it back before anything."
Several celebrities including Charles Barkley, Tobey Maguire, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Leonardo DiCaprio have been reported to be having gambling problems.
