Ghana defender Daniel Opare is asking Ghanaians to forgive him for taking an early shower during the Black Stars' loss to Brazil.Referee Mike Dean run out of patience after having warned the defender more than once to obey the rules of the game. An over ambitious Opare was given his marching orders seven minutes before the break, aiding the South Americans to score before the interval. The Standard Liege player has shown remorse after that loss, but maintained that Dean was inconsiderate.“It is part of the game and I didn’t have any intention of breaking someone’s leg,” Opare said, according to MTNFootball. “It was an unfair red card but sorry for letting my team and the whole Ghana down.“I take the blame for losing to Brazil. I guess its part of the game and I have gained some experience.”He claimed some of the decisions from the English referee were unacceptable and he believes that he was giving priority to The Selecao.“The referee began early by intimidating us and was too harsh on me. I still will stand by what I said earlier that I’m sorry and will prove on the good sides,” the left-back said.
