Beneficiaries of My Business 2010 Reality show say the business-growth opportunities offered them by the initiative cannot be over-emphasized.
The business mentorship programme seeks to empower 10 selected young entrepreneurs with cutting-edge business know-how.
Some of the finalists of last year’s edition who went through a year’s mentoring program with 10 seasoned businessmen told Joy Business the initiative has turned their businesses around.
They outlined how it has improved their relationship with their employees and personal attitude towards their work.
“It has had a tremendous impact on my business,” a participant noted.
Submission of entries for this year’s edition, My Business 2011 ends Friday for the shortlisting thereon.
Meanwhile, this year’s edition of the show has been extended to Kumasi and Takoradi, where five young entrepreneurs in each of these places will have the opportunity to join 10 other colleagues in Accra via skype to receive tuition from the business mentors.
