The Chairman of the Media Committee of Ghana Football Association, Randy Abbey says he is disappointed in the Executive Committee for his removal from the CHAN Committee.
The erstwhile chairman of the national U-23 side was purported to have said on a Kumasi based radio station that he was not consulted before he was taken off the CHAN Committee as the chairman.
According to him he had no problem with the decision but would have loved it if he was spoken to before coming out with such a decision.
Mr. Abbey, who said he read the changes on the FA’s website opined that he was shocked, disappointed when he saw the news on the website and felt obviously disrespected by the Executive Committee.
In an interview with Asempa sports, Mr. Abbey maintained that it was true he made those comments.
Nonetheless the media committee chairman said he was willing to move on and concentrate on the future as there was a lot to do than to cry over spilt milk.
