Accra Hearts of Oak have terminated the contract of the head coach Kostadinov Dobrev.
Hearts sacked Dobrev today after a meeting between the two parties.
A signed statement from the club said the contract had been terminated by mutual consent. The contract termination takes effect from tomorrow.
As widely expected, the assistant coach Karim Zito has been put in charge of the club. Vice Chairman of Hearts’ Management Committee, Frank Nelson explained that the club believes it is time to make a fresh start.
