Captain of Ghana premier league side Accra Hearts of Oak, Esme Mends, has indicated that, they will focus on each game at a time in this season’s campaign.
The Phobians can begin to believe in their title ambitions as they have recorded two straight wins in this year’s league. They won their opening game away to Dwarfs by a goal to nil and defeated Mighty Jets at the Accra Sports Stadium over the weekend.
Esme Mends is optimistic they can maintain their consistency but should take each game at time.
He told JOY Sports the only pressure on the team now is to win the league to commemorate their centenary anniversary.
“We are focus and we will deliver to make our fans happy,” Esme said JOY Sports
Hearts of Oak faces a tough challenge in their next premier league game as they host defending champions, Berekem Chelsea next week at the Accra Sports stadium.
