The Minister for Finance of Ghana, Dr. Kwabena Duffuor, will be reading the 2012 Budget Statement on the floor of Parliament on November 16.
Citi News has learnt that the finance minister is currently working around the clock to put finishing touches to the budget.
The Majority Leader, Cletus Avoka, disclosed this on the floor of the House on Friday.
He admonished MPs to concentrate on what would be happening before, during and after the budget is read.
This would be the last budget statement of the current NDC administration whose first term officially ends in January 2013.
