Police nabbed two allotment thieves after victims viewed a bizarre identity parade of their stolen vegetables.
Lawrence Miller, 44, and Steven Randall, 46, were found with bags of veg near the scene so officers lined up the produce and asked gardeners to identify it in Brampton, Cambs.
Miller, of Brampton, and Randall, of nearby Eynesbury, admitted theft due to poverty. They were discharged but told to pay £20 compensation each.
