A Brazilian ballet school with a difference is teaching blind students to dance.
Founder Fernanda Bianchini admits the learning process is slow and arduous, and requires a lot of patience.
On their first day in class, the teacher has to teach them everything, from tying their hair, to putting on shoes and leggings.
But the Sao Paulo-based school has managed to teach more than 300 blind students to dance and stages regular productions.
It is now expanding to cater for young people with hearing difficulties and other handicaps.
