Wa All Stars head coach Alhaji Mumuni Sokpari has been asked to step aside with immediate effect following the club's dismal start to the Ghana Premier League season.
The dethroned champions are without a win in three games and have just one point from the available nine.
All Stars opened their account with a 1-0 defeat to AshantiGold and drew goalless with Ebusua Dwarfs at home before defeat in midweek to newly promoted Dreams FC.
Sokpari has been with the Northern Blues for close to a decade now. He became first-team coach in July 2017, replacing Enos Adepa.
He becomes the first coaching casualty in this campaign.
